Items under 30 x 40 inches are safely packed and usually ship by Fedex UPS or DHL Ground. Larger items are often shipped in secure boxes or crates by Fedex Freight UPS Freight or Pilot Air.

SMALLER PACKAGES will be sent by UPS...you will receive the expected arrival date when you receive your tracking number from UPS. For smaller packages UPS will bring the package to the door.
LARGER AND HEAVIER PACKAGES will be sent by a National Carrier. You will be contacted by the delivery service several days prior to the actual delivery to set up a time window and day for the delivery. Be sure to have someone at the location on the day and time of the delivery, or you may be charged for re-delivery by the carrier. The carrier will not leave the package if someone is not home to receive it. The larger and heavier packages shipped by a large truck are delivered to your curb... Very large products are sent in a wooden crate...
IN HOME SERVICE: For an additional fee...(varies by city and size of product) most of the carriers offer an in-home service. This option is not available everywhere. The In-Home service will unpack or un-crate the product and bring it into your home. They will also haul off the packing material or crate. THE DELIVERY SERVICE WILL NOT HANG YOUR WALL DECOR...BUT THE WALL DECOR WILL COME EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE HARDWARE YOU WILL NEED FOR HANGING.
