How will my package be shipped? As a standard practice we ship our products ground. Most items over 36 x 48 ship with a trucking company. Here is a link to the carriers we use the most. Shipping information.
Can I use my FedEx or UPS account number for orders? Yes, just let us know at the time you place your order. Can I ship to a P.O. box? No we only ship to a physical location.
How do I ship my items somewhere other than to my billing address? Enter both a billing and shipping address when you place the order.
How do I know that my item has shipped? We will send a shipment confirmation via email upon shipping the order.
What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped? Track the package using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation. If it shows the package has been delivered, please contact us.
What if my order arrives damaged? If the box or package is crushed, please refrain from opening the package and refuse delivery. Contact us within 3 days of receiving a package with concealed damage.
What if I receive the wrong item. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the wrong item. We will send a call tag to pick up the incorrect item and will re-process your order.
